The Bridge to Health Equity Foundation is dedicated to helping children successfully reintegrate into school environments after extended absences due to illness. Whether recovering from chronic conditions, hospitalizations, or prolonged medical treatments, we provide evidence-based tools, resources, and support systems that empower students, families, and educators to ensure every child can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally upon their return to school.
